Online Blind Tasting #1 (Online): *** brief notes from online blind tasting *** Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, 5cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle and sealed with argon gas on the evening of day two. Glass: Zalto Universal Clear, medium golden, very youthful color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful developing nose. On day one very pleasant, crushed stones, yellow stone fruit, some exotic fruit and Morstein typical smokiness. On day two a bit less appealing. Dry, with some noticeable residual sugar. 13%abv. Quite racy acidity. Ripe exotic fruit. Dense, very deep, nice pressure on the palate and very long with lots of exotic fruit and crushed stones. Drink now or within the next 5+ years. 92-93

Not blind Again phantastic, for this warm year, fresh, elegant, smoky, flintstone, herbal and some peaches, saline, balancing acidity. Long pure finish. At his peak. 95

German Riesling Grosses Gewächs & co 2005 (AuZone, Stockholm): Nose with citrus, zest, tropical fruits, some petroleum notes, spices and development. The nose gives me a "generally fruity" impression. Dry on the palate, very mineral-dominated in the attack, massive amounts of citrus, definitely high acidity, gives almost a "fizzy" impression, mineral, some alcoholic feeling, and a long and fresh aftertaste with mineral. Youthful palate with a great freshness and elegance, could be cellared further. 92 p
