    Very advanced aromas. After opening up the minerality came somewhat through but fresh does not describe this. Same thing on the palate. Same on the finish. Popcorn is fine but not in burgundy. Perhaps boillot may considera bit of sulpher at bottling to help this out? Perhaps it's the curse of 1996?
