  Rich Golden yellow. Blood orange and grapefruit nose a touch of dried herbs, bay leaves. Medium body, slightly slippery mouthfeel, medium plus acid. Complex with flavors of dried tropical fruits, green almonds, and touches of nutmeg and white pepper. Excellent well rounded integration and balance. Medium plus finish, paired nicely with hazelnut stuffed mushrooms, eggplant cutlets, and rapini. I was able to challenge a friend with this wine who normally crinkles the nose at Pinot Grigio and it was a success.
