  Full yellow. Nose of pear, quince, lemon, cranberry. Dusty, earthy. In the mouth, a serious wine. Not fruity, but salty, earthy, and fruit emerges on the finish. Consistent with the varietal, from an Alsatian perspective. Despite this, it is most reminiscent of a serious Savennieres. A wine-geek wine. $37 CAD. Rebuy; yes.

  Color: Pale gold. Nose: Rich apricot and honey, butterscotch, light oak. Palate: Thick and rich, clean stone fruit, slate, good acidity, some toasted oak. Interesting Pinot Grigio for sure.

  A golden straw color showing aromas of Honey, melon and hazelnut. A but of fresh grass. On the palate, Lime and apple with a refreshing grapefruit finish. Gorgeous and refreshing. Most amazing part about this bottle tonight was that it had been opened since the previous night when it was used in the making of a cream sauce. Great wine, nothing like a typical pinot grigio. I will buy this again.

  Golden straw color with a nice oaky nose. This wonderful wine has a lot more going on then your normal Pinot Grigio. Clean tasting with citric, apple and nice oaky flavors. Has some structure and will cellar for a few years.
