  • Medium lemon colour. Pronounced nose with white peach, green apples, ripe lime, lychee, honey, elderflower, wet stone and flint with hints of petroleum. Pronounced taste of white peach, green apples, ripe lime, honey, elderflower, wet stone and flint. Long and sweet finish. High acidity. Medium body. An outstanding and well balanced Spätlese that is still very young. Needed half an hour to open. Drink now, but preferably in five to twentyfive years time, probably longer.Goes well with cheese, sushi or spicy
