  Dark fruits and some licorice and black tea mostly on the nose. The palate is mostly lively well balanced acid which to heavily covers the fruity and other complex notes. Bitternes. Medium tannins. Medium complexity.

  Beautiful clear ruby red with a purple tinge.
  
  The scent has notes of, blueberries, cool young dusty cherries, cool black currants, violets and lavender, nice tone of English licorice, green olives, a little red fresh flowers.
  
  The taste is silky / light / cool by the scent. Especially the cool fruit expression and the big shot, hard bitter English licorice, characterize the taste.
  Tannin, lots of licorice, black / green tea, some green herbs.
  Nice rather long aftertaste of especially licorice.
  
  Extra info.
  Truly a positive experience. Oxygen for 1 hour.
  Glass: Zalto Burgundy.
  40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Syrah, 20% Melot. Alc 14%
