Didn't have great expectations when I opened this bottle, because of its classification as a basic Bourgogne. What a pleasant surprise! A complex, elegant, and extremely tasty wine. If tasted blind, I could say it is a high-quality Village if not 1er. That's what happens when a great winery produces a "basic" wine.

Still quite young and needed some air to soften up. Very good for it's level.

Fresh and elegant with crisp acidity. Not a big wine, but very typical of Ramonet with all elements pointing in his direction.

Lots of apple and pear throughout with medium+ weight with very good balance right now. Depth emerges with more time in glass. Excellent Bourgogne.

A bit less good than in September 2019. To drink within half a year, I guess. 88-89.
