  Served 3 bottles at a pool party. Small taste from one bottle myself. Nice texture, floral, mineral and stone fruit nose, maybe a little pear and apple. Pleasant and delicious.

  Entspricht nicht so ganz meinem bevorzugtem Stil. In der Nase verschlossen, im Mund dann herb, kräuterige Noten. Petrol, Wachs, dann natürlich ganz viel Mineralität, kräftiges Säuregerüst. In der Mitte dann aber recht karg, mir fehlen Volumen, Komplexität und Kraft und Körper, die ich bei einem Wein "aus Ersten Lagen" erwarten würde. Im (kurzen bis mittleren) Abgang dominiert wieder Mineralität und Säure.

  My first bottle of this from a full case. Tasted over several hours after PnP and again the next day. Lovely light to medium lemon yellow color. Nose has citrus blossoms, light stone fruit, a hint of petrol and a sense of wet stones but all in a nice balance. Nice texture. Palate is ever so slightly lemony, but more pear and white peach as well as some apricot on the fairly long finish. It has a nice mineral backbone but all in balance, very nice wine! Should be pretty long lived.

  Decanted. Now 1.5h later. Aromas of Flint, minerals, tart apples, lemons, herbs, and a hint of mint. Tart apples on palate w lemons, chalky minerals, herbs, and a hint of saline. Fantastic acids. Steely and mineral than the last bottle. Somewhat surprised given the warm vintage. Masterfully done given the warm year and for a base wine. 90+
