Camphor wood and laquer. Herbs, thyme and mint. Medium weight palate. Cleansing acid finish. Not very varietal as wood influences dominate. Ok but not special. Regular '90 White label Shiraz better to my palate

Served blind to a group. I wanted it to blow them all away and them call Northern Rhone. Within a matter of seconds they were all going "Yeah, Aussie Shiraz".... Dark purple. The stem cannot be seen. Sweet. Black fruits. Blackcurrents! Shared with S4 group
