  • Vanilla, ripe pear. Full bodied, structured. You will never quess Pinot Grigio. But still very good wine.

  • By the glass. Once again quite abundant to be a theoretically neutral variety all thanks to tons of slats of new wood. Creaminess in the mouth and a lot of vanilla in the nose. Boring and monotonous but at the same time it is long and deep. I don't think it has much capacity to age well. Gonna scape Magdalena.

    Por copas. De nuevo bastante abundante para ser una variedad teóricamente neutra todo gracias a toneladas de listones de madera nueva. Cremosidad en boca y mucha vainilla en nariz. Aburrido y monótono aunque a la vez es largo y profundo. No creo que tenga mucha capacidad de envejecer. Me voy a saltar el Magdalena.
