  • A fruity nose with cherry, tea, red prunes, dates, spice, and citrus. Palate had ripe berry fruit with good intensity and length. Despite having no producer style or too much complexity, this is classic aged grand cru burgundy in a great vintage that speaks about terroir and vintage. It picked up weight in the glass with every bit of what Gevrey Grand Cru offers. 91+
