Amazing wine. Purchased at the winery many years ago and cellared since. Lovely earthy, brett nose that is all Bandol can be. Tannins have faded but still enough with a touch of acid for a great balanced finish. I am a huge fan of this producer. Not as well known as many other producers from the area, but one of the top producers in a anti-modern sense. I hope they never change.

This is a very interesting and easy drinking wine... not too high in alcohol and quite light in colour - e.g. NOT a typical Bandol, particularly from 2003. If you are looking for a Bandol 2003 this wine might not be for you, but a pleasant wine nonetheless.

Chewy, but soft and nice integrated tannins. Nose of dark fruit and earth. Dark cherries and chocolate.
