  Colour: inky cherry red
  Nose: plum, black cherry, mulberry, blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant. Blackberry jam. Plum pudding. Blueberry cake. Hint of Nightshade leaf and bergamot behind the rich berry fruit. Sweet spice. Toasty new oak, oak sawdust, vanillan. Amazing!
  Palate: lots of rich black berry fruit. Plum, blackberry, mulberry, blackcurrant, black cherry. Plum pudding. Blueberry. Blackberry jam. Hint of nightshade leaf and bergamot, touch of savoriness (but in general it’s really rich and fruity). Sweet spice, creamy oak. Fresh berry-like acidity; medium, moderately drying tannins provide some structure to the richness. Perfect balance of rich fruit, savouriness, and tannins. Archetypal Barossa Shiraz? Really lovely. Just beautiful. Very rich, full bodied, 15% alcohol. A vino di meditazione? Seal: natural cork. Decanted.
