First wine at the Vintner Luncheon for Napa Valley Vintners SOMM DC.
Dark purplish ruby red. Dark nose with black bramble berries, cassis, cinnamon and dark purple floral aromas. Medium tannins (6.5/10) with a full body. Plush attack on the palate with cassis, baking spices and a bit of volcanic soil. Long finish with slightly sharp ending with acidity. Drink till 2035.

Couldn't say it better than Millenial Drinkers. The mouthfeel is very unique and the fruit purity is very good!! I want more...

Favorite of a vertical of 2014 to 2016. A bit more complexity than the others. Really all 3 were great but would choose this one overall. Great wines.
