  Por copas de una botella decantada. Balsámico en nariz y rotundo en boca. Aromas a carbón, tostados y cuero. Denso y a falta de tensión al menos ofrece persistencia. Modernidad para los modernos. Ni una pizca del terruño alavés aquí.
