Clear, pale golden color. Clear, medium- intense, youthful nose, lots of extract, spontaneous fermentation, dense, fine Grünhaus herbaceous notes, crushed stones and rock flour. Dense and deep.
Dry, medium+ acidity, only 12% abv. Rather lean, quite wild and rough, driven by its wonderful mineral core, cool, fruits and herbs are only in the background. Good grip, tension, good mineral and herbaceous length. Still very young, I would keep it for 3-5+ years. 90-91++
