    Glass: Zalto Universal
    Clear, deep ruby color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Lots of ripe, dark cherries, spices, herbs, some Marzipan. Dense, young.
    10th vintage, 3000 bottles, from a parcel in the Abtsberg. Dry, 1gr sugar, Medium+ acidity, medium, fine-grained tannin. 13,5% abv. Lots of dark cherries, herbs, Marzipan, herbaceous with air. Fine red fruit, Grünhaus herbs lurking through. Round, dense, good balance, tension, beautiful texture, juicy and already quite joyful to drink. Good length. Potential for another decade. 91-92+

    Matured in fuder oak, 20 months on its lees. Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Spicy, lots of fine oak, pear, fine vegetables.
    Dry, medium+ acidity, grip from fine tannin, 13,5% abv. Lean body. Some ripe, sweet fruit, mineral notes. Beautiful texture, quite elegant. Wonderful balance, round, soft. Good length. Keep it for 2-3+ years to fully shine. 88-89+

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Fine, delicate, fragrant nose with classic Grünhaus aromas of elder, cassis, rock flour. Airy, nice.
    Dry (7gr), good, medium+ acidity. Only 11,5% abv. Juicy, delicious, some ripe, sweet fruit, wonderful mineral core, fresh herbs, floral notes, elder, some cassis. Nice grip. Better, more harmonious than the first bottle. Good, medium+ herbaceous finish. Keep it for 1-2+ years to fully shine. 86-87+ Very good PQR.

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful nose. Needs time to open up. More spontaneous notes than the Schloss Riesling. Dense.
    Seems to be drier than the Schoss Riesling. high acidity, 11,5% abv. Juicy, dense. Wonderful length, joyful to drink. Classic Grünhaus notes, lovely mineral core. Nice tension and depth. Long, lingering and salty finish. Good potential. 88-89+

    Glass: Zalto Universal
    Clear, pale golden color. Clear, medium- intense, youthful nose, lots of extract, spontaneous fermentation, dense, fine Grünhaus herbaceous notes, crushed stones and rock flour. Dense and deep.
    Dry, medium+ acidity, only 12% abv. Rather lean, quite wild and rough, driven by its wonderful mineral core, cool, fruits and herbs are only in the background. Good grip, tension, good mineral and herbaceous length. Still very young, I would keep it for 3-5+ years. 90-91++

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Very herbaceous, ripe yellow fruit.
    Dry, high acidity, 12% abc. Very mineral, a bit rounder and a bit sweeter than the Bruderberg with lots of ripe fruit, wonderful mineral core and lots of herbs. Very elegant, very good balance, beautiful tension. Good grip and pressure. Good length. 91+

    Dry, high acidity, 12% abv. Very good grip and tension! Classic Grünhaus herbs, ripe fruit, very salty mineral notes. Very fine and elegant, beautiful balance and grip. Very fine and long finish. Wonderful lean and elegant body. Nothing warm or broad. Long, elegant, salty-herbaceous finish. Drinks nicely now, but with very good upscale potential for another decade. Give it 3-5+ years to fully shine. 92+

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful nose. Not as lean and closed as the 2018 GGs. I assume the residual sugar “opens” some more flavors. Lovely floral and herbaceous notes.
    Off-dry (15gr), high acidity, 11,5% abv. Rounder, more open than the GGs. Wonderful ripe fruit (gooseberry), herbaceous, great mineral core. Beautiful balance, depth and elegance! Very joyful to drink. Long, fruity and lingering finish. Very juicy!!! Drinks nicely now, potential for another decade! 91+

    Off-dry (15gr), high acidity, 11,5% abv. Wonderful ripe fruit, herbaceous, great salty mineral core. Leaner, more precise than the Herrenberg Superior. Beautiful balance, depth and elegance! Beautiful grip and tension. Such a joy to drink! Long, fruity, salty and lingering finish. A bit closed, needs more time to open up, potential for at least another decade! 92+

    Sweet (50gr), high, ripe and racy acidity, only 7,5% abv. Such a joy! Classic Grünhaus, a bit wild, spicy, sooo juicy, wonderful tension. Endless drinking fun! 90-91+

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose, ripe fruit, wonderful classic Grünhaus aromas. Round, wonderful balance.
    Sweet (50gr), high, ripe and racy acidity, only 8% abv. Rounder, wonderful balance, ripe sweet fruit, herbaceous, wonderful mineral colore, some lovely zesty/bitter notes, tension and grip. Wonderful length, very fruity. Such a joy to drink now or over the next two-three decades. 91-92+

    Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful nose, ripe fruit, wonderful classic Grünhaus aromas, ripe fruit, elder, cassis.
    Off-dry, 7,5% abv, high acidity. Lots of ripe fruit, cassis, very salty, wonderful grip! Beautiful elegance, juiciness and tension. Long, fine, lingering finish. This is outright delicious and even though it drinks nicely now, it has a clear potential for the next two to three decades. Only Riesling can bring this lightweight elegance! 91-92+
