Amazing bottle. Big black cherry and rose fruit, fabulous nose, nice acidity, lush mouthfeel and long finish. Still primary. Will hold off on last bottle for a number of years. Drank with an 05 Potel Latricieres and an 06 William Selyem Hirsch over NYE dinner 2021-22. The CB was the best of the burgs out of the gate and because of its lushness multiple people thought it was the CA Pinot. The Hirsch started off strange but pulled itself together and was the top wine after 6 hours.

Delicious. Color- no signs of age; pretty red Garnett color and no bricking on the edges. Perfume is pretty red fruit, def cranberry with some stemmy notes as it opens. Fairly bright red fruit but really nice acidic backbone and chewy but yummy tannins define the back half to finish. This is more savory cranberry notes, def not the sweet cranberry of new world wines. This has so much elegance and hint of power that makes it old world, with a fruit profile that is a bit more new world. I really enjoyed this.

Outstanding! One of the most feminine, balanced, elegant wines I have ever tasted.
