Sensual. Forest floor and beautiful red berries. Hint of pepper. Tannins has mellowed forming a beautiful delicate feminine structure. This wine is open for business

The Verticals Tasting at La Paulée 2015 (Colicchio & Sons, New York): Lighter than the 2009. Classic Corton combination of sappy ripe red fruit, a good dose of earth, and snappy acidity. Fresh and exciting in a way the best '08s can be. Outstanding potential, so much more classic than the '09.

Jacques Prieur Tasting and Cellar Visit (Meursault): Tasting at Domaine. Floral nose with charming red fruit, then evolving towards more dense fruit on palate. Impressive balance and accessibility for a young Corton, this wine showcases its spice very nicely.
