  An awesome wine! Even as a pop and pour this wine was subtle and elegant, while still rich, powerful, and flavorful. I can see why Jeb Dunnuck gave this 100 points; red wines really don’t get much better than this!

  Getting close to the drinking window. Starting to sort out lots of good qualities. Still some upside for waiting a year or two here.

  Begins to open at 6 hours decant. Amazing nose and fruit bursting from the glass. Creamy and elegant. Classic To Kalon, but slightly less complex than other Schrader wines that I usually rate 96-98 points. Goes with strong meats.
