  Never really took off aromaticlly but scents of peppery berry and Provencal herbs make hints in the glass, round and easy on the edges, deep and brooding, full bodied with medium to lower acid levels yet it is balanced and alive, flavors of plum sauce, herbs, smoke, blackberry and black cherry, drinks well now and can age too, had with glazed steak tenderloin
