Blomst og mineralitet i næsen. Bred frugt som var i rigtig fin balance med syren. Mellemfyldig krop. Udviklede sig løbende over en lang aften. Startet mineralsk ved kølig temperatur og sluttede behageligt med bred frugt ved stue temperatur. Rigtig god, ærlig, interessant og levende vin på optimalt tidspunkt.

Buttered pears. Spicy at opening, but this died down with air. It paired admirably with Max's lunch of sea bass, but little aromatic interest. Plenty of energy and vim on the palate, however, which is something to be grateful for. I shall leave my other bottle for a few more years, and I advise you to do the same.

Orchard fruit nose of yellow apple, apricots and nectarines, with some flinty mineral notes. Barely perceptible oak. Silky on the palate and with medium body and a decent finish, it is a great aperitif wine though with the structure to match well with fish, veal or chicken dishes. Great value.

Very southern Burgundian with some thickness on the body. Smoky nose, with some spices. On the palate linear and fresh like a Chablis, but with a more southern body. Notes of lemon meringue (not the sweetness, but the creaminess), with a slightly bitter, herbal aftertaste.

Fresh zesty and quite delicious. Just lacks complexity.
