I was afraid this bottle would be dead, but it was really nice. Surprisingly fresh, little bricking on edge, almost no tannin left. The fruit was still showing in abundance, and still tasted quite fresh. It's definitely California, with its ripe profile. No need to wait, it won't get any better from here.

Vineyardgate Single-Blind Tasting: California Cabernet Sauvignon: "How Much Do You Understand?" Brushy, weedy. Not good. Wooden, dry finish. Worst of the tasting. 5-10-9-5: 79/100.
