Burgundy Revisited (Chez Shama): Mid gold. Nicely mature. Quite rich and rounded. Nomgreat complexity but very nice ***1/2

Easter Break Champagnes (Bollinger 90/6/7, Krug NV/90, Jacquesson 95 Rose/Blanc etc) (France): Less salty tang than the last bottle, very nice, drinking at peak.
Fully mature, a lovely tangy saline note that is still the right side of too old on the oxidation scale for me, a core of brown butter and cream.
