Day 2 review: Nice wine overall with forest floor, dark berries, floral, soy and pepper. Not off the charts in the Pinot Noir category but does represent a solid value. Will revisit on day 3. 90 points Day 3: Well 3 days does it again. Why more people don't do this is beyond me. It is called open 2 or 3 bottles if you finish on day 1. Minerals, soy, forest floor, pine wood, floral, a touch of menthol, dark berries and pepper. While not a typical Oregon Pinot it is very complex and medium plus finish. These probably need 2 or 3 more years in the cellar. 92 points Recommendation: Drink 2025 to 2028.

An absolute STEAL for the price point. Vincent has the best QPR in Oregon by a mile. This Bjornson is concentrated but balanced, with beautiful acidity and voluptuous fruit. Throw in the minerality and you have an amazingly good Pinot Noir. I will try to convince him to send me another case. Bravo!
Opened alongside a 2018 Bertheau Chambolle-Musigny village and this was the superior wine. More complexity and depth. The Burgundy was better with food but this was overall more enjoyable.

I give this high points for QPR. It has a very expressive nose and is very comfortable to drink. I have no idea if time would make it better, maybe, but it is pretty nice now. A nice wine at a nice price point.

Tasted after 20 minutes of air. Sweet cherry fruit with plenty of grip. Drying tannins. Some black tea. Spice. Excellent balance and plenty of oomph.
