  Medium-intensity aromas of game, bell pepper, vanilla, and blackberry. Medium minus juicy flavours of blackberry, game, balsamic, dried herbs, and raspberry. Medium chalk tannins with medium plus acidity but quick finish. Good with ribs and veggies 👌

  Very nice Ribera del Duero. Smooth tannins. Bold flavors. Paired well with manchego, olives, chorizo and a shrimp and chorizo paella
