  • The Opolo Rhapsody 2017 is a blend that merges the fruit driven characteristics of Grenache with the complex peppery profile of Syrah and the robust tannic structure of Mourvedre. It's well balanced with intense aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and current with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is rich and generous with layered flavors of black cherry, blackberry pie and spiced plums, followed by a long finish with fine-grained tannins and a streak of mineral.
