  Strongest impression on aromas is a sharp, mineral crispness. A little pineapple and apple with a twist of lemon.
  
  Dry, medium-high acidity and high alcohol. On the palate there's a saline and ozone-y taste that's about the most interesting things about it.
  
  It says it's been stirred on its lees to give it more body - it needs it. Very clean and crisp but simple and lacking interest.
