Drink over 3 days, kept at basement cellar @18C with just the original cork loosely covering the top, no decant.
To my surprise it was much stronger in tannin, acidity and structure than I expected. Day 1 lovely fruit but tight, day 2 more fruit with some rose and the palate became less alcoholic, day 3 a bit earthy but not tired at all.
So happy that I still have a few cases left. Bought some 10 yrs ago at prices that now look like a steal. Still years of life ahead.
