Very sweet, low alcohol (7 %), Auslese-like. Lower acidity than Fritz Haag‘s 2019 Juffer Sonnenuhr, so that the sweetness is quite dominant at the moment, needs more time to integrate. Very good, 91+.

Method: blind against 9 other 2019 Spatlese; ice bucket cold (colder than I prefer); opened a few hours in advance
Nose: white cherry, nectarine, light ginger, light minerality
Palate: white cherry, minerality, light petrol; medium finish of lime, white flower; medium sweetness; medium body; medium+ acidity
Overall thoughts: Really great concentration and flavor intensity, especially with the fruit, with great balance and solid acidity. I guessed this was Fritz Haag or Schloss Lieser. This was my #3 wine of the tasting, although I'm sure I would have liked it even more if I was able to spend more time with it and follow it as it warmed up a bit. Also, like most 2019 Spatlesen and above I've had, I expect this to improve over time as it loses its baby fat. Great wine.

Still a bit reductive from opening it so young. Very pale yellow color. A combination on the nose and palate of pale stone fruits (mostly peach), citrus fruits, white flower, tangerine, honey, huge slate / minerality and a bit of elderflower / honeysuckle. Slighty tropical. Definitely a sweeter wine but with a nice cleansing acidity still.
