  • Bindi Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon, stony minerality, acacia white flower. Developing and a little shy.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of chalky mineral, deep stony minerality, underlying citrus lemon fruit, juicy mouth-watering lime with a deep sweetness. Very long pure linear finish. At times feels austere.
Very good quality. A Chardonnay that will need age to show.
