“Special” Club indeed! Great depth and persistence. Fine mousse and column. Delicate flavors in the brioche, but power in the fruit. Excellent balance. More time will develop it further. 94++

Heidi's Gang: Wind Chill & Frostbite (Maison Margaux, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Very floral and perfumed on the nose, green tea, yeasty, lemon peel, subtle ginger and apple peel; lean and minerally on the palate with tingly acid, apple, apple pie and pie crust. 93+ to 94pts. Excellent!

Heidis Group in the Minneapolis "Warehouse District" on a bone chilling night. Same btl as Brad E & R&Rler. Happy to introduce Brad E to one of my fav Champagne producers! I rarely buy more than 6 of anything but this is my last of at least 6 and they've all stood tall! I never tire of its zingy acidity driven intensity & tete cuvee level concentration & depth for half the cost. This has also mellowed just enough to further enhance its elegance without sacrificing freshness. I usually prefer most champagnes younger than fully aged but, this may still improve. Going back for more soon!
