100% Pecorino, all stainless. Bright, med+ yellow with a hint of gold. Med (+) intensity aromas of yellow apple, ripe lemon zest, white peach, white flowers, fresh herbs and wet stone. Still youthful at 3 years. Dry, w/ med (+) to high acidity and med alcohol (12.5%). The palate is more intense than the nose and ends on a slightly saline, mineral note, of med (+) length. Very juicy and pleasing, by itself or with a wide variety of savory foods. Drink now, not intended for aging. Great QPR.

Very good wine and a great value. Soft and supple with melon and green apple and a long mineral finish of slate, stone, and some lemon. Very happy with this. Do not over chill this and it will show its best.

The nose was a bit timid, revealing quite little of what the palate had to offer, which much to my surprise was rather tasty although perhaps a bit simple for my personal preferences.
APPEARANCE: Color & intensity: pale lemon
NOSE: Intensity: medium Aromas: white flowers, lemon, crushed stone Development: developing
PALATE: Sweetness: dry Acidity: medium (+) Alcohol : medium Body: medium Intensity: medium (+) Flavors: lemon, white peach, lemon zest, pear Finish: medium (+)
CONCLUSIONS: Quality level: good Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has potential for some further cellaring (max. 2022-2023)

Tart and light. Refreshing. Went very well with savory chicken.
