Method: notes after pop and pour and consuming over 30 minutes; 55 degrees; Grassl Mineralite
Look: pale straw; not really any legs
Nose: tangerine, peach, wet river rock, light ginger, maybe white flower; not especially expressive
Palate: green papaya, lime, unripe peach, minerality, white flower, parsley, ginger; fairely piquant; long finish salt, ginger, mineral, parsley; low+ sweetness; light body, but with a fairly oily texture; between med+ to high- acidity, which almost sneaks up on you a bit as it is most noticeable on the finish and is very pleasant
Overall: This is more of a traditional Kabinett than the Juffer bottling. It's young now, so a 30 minute decant wouldn't hurt. Once it opens up though, it's a really nice, somewhat elegant Kabinett with a lot of minerality, some green notes, and a really nice ginger note that is the last one standing on a really great, long finish. The acidity didn't seem too high at first, but I think it's already integrated nicely and likely balanced out with ample sugar, and you really notice the residual zing on your tongue once the wine leaves your palate. I like this wine more and more with every sip. Really great wine (although I prefer the bigger, more Spatlese-like Juffer if I had to choose).
On day 2, the green herbal notes were more pronounced.

Next bottle from a GC-vineyard, like the name indicates, rich in delicious stone fruit, great Riesling- tension, very well balanced that young, salty clean refreshing mouthfeel, very young but on the other hand although very promising, *(***-?), around 92(+) potential

Young but so enjoyable to drink right now, will be better in the Future, but very tough to resist

Young, but enjoyable. Quite sweet now for a Kabinett more akin like a Spätlese. 5/12/16/9 -2050
