Outrageously good for the price, with notes of ripe peach, Fuji apple, and sea salt commingling throughout. Features electric acidity, with hints of minerality weaving in. Stinky nose too, with loads of diesel funk.

I served this in my wine course. Reductive nose, with also a good dose of lime, cherry and some mint. Light weight. Beautifully balanced finish with loads of salinity. Excellent.

This definitely improved over the last two years. Nose is bursting from the glass with classic mosel riesling aroma. Palate has lost some weight, and shows great tension, especially on day 1.

Riesling from Brauneberger Juffer (VDP Grosse Lage), vinified in stainless steel tanks only, 8.5% vol. Closure: screw cap.
PnP. On the nose yellow stone fruit, a hint of flintstone and a sweet touch. On the palate less acidic and with a sweeter impression than 18 months ago but still in a good balance, medium bodied and very long finish.
In a nice spot now, drink it soon if you prefer the primary fruit, else it has at least an additional decade of positive development ahead.

Initially closed, and a bit less expressive than my last bottle. High acidity, some residual sugar (well integrated), long mineral, nearly dry finish, 92.
