High end Champagne 2012 vs 2013, tasted blind (Bad Ragaz): 8g dosage. Light yellow, sugar, molasses, sweet finish, plush, not much aroma. Dosage noticeable on the finish.

Lemon custard, brioche, delicate bubbles
This was great. Widely commented on as wotn. Open, expressive, rich, but with supporting fruit and acidity. Balanced, but powerful. Get more!
