Charming nose of mature, medicinal fruits, translucent, light ruby colour, brownish, watery rim! It is slowly walking down the hill, time to drink it up in my view!

Deep red colour. Nose of red berries and a touch of caramel. Palate short and similar with over prominent tannins. 10th bottle of a case. Frankly, still disappointing. I had hoped it would have developed into something better, but I don’t think it ever will.

No obvious flaw but this was quite strict and closed, with prominent tannic structure. Fruit was rather hidden and then. Guessing this is just in an odd phase. No change despite 6hr decant.

Lovely light to medium bodied bordeaux. Best slightly chilled straight from cellar. Slightly earthy, but with nice sweet plum and red cherry fruit. Nice complexity and balance for the price, but not going to mistake this for a Grand Vin. Nice match with a Coq au vin.
