  This was a clear step up over the regular Bourgogne which I had earlier this year. The nose was concentrated with honeyed orchard fruits, white floral notes, ginger, and baked lemon. The palate has good intensity and balance, subtle oak, and a nice finish. Very enjoyable and this bottle had no noticeable oxidation.

  Color of light straw, very pure. After a bumpy few minutes on opening, the nose develops to beautiful white flowers and orchard fruit. The elegant fruit is fading a bit on the palate, with the acidity starting to dominate just a tad, so I wouldn't delay too much in drinking these based on this bottle. Still, this is yet another very good bottle of this winner.

I know I say something along those lines every time I try this wine, but it's the first thing I think of when I open a bottle -- and it's so true. The aromas have developed to white flowers, honey, and acacia. The palate is full but balanced, juicy, long, and utterly delicious. Easily a villages-level wine, and quite frankly far better than many premiers. Showed quite differently -- and much better -- than the bottle a few weeks ago; the best one to date.
