Looks modern on the nose, but very inviting and interesting. Cassis, black cherries, some herbs, flowers and spices from the wood. Very juicy in the mouth, medium body, slightly creamy but never fat, the mouthfeel is always fresh and tart. The tannins are ripe and of good quality, giving the wine some edges and character. Again a lot of fruit and spices here, medium complexity, but very good length and harmony.
Very well made, juicy and despite modern influences, a wine that I like to drink. The winery only works organically, very good!

Dyp rød. Lukt av blomster og bær. Smak av moden frukt, hint av lakris i bakkant. Balansert og tung. Passer til rødt kjøtt og vilt.
