  • Cidre made from different types of apples from old trees grown on slatey ground. It has an orange colour, quite close to that of the Scottish lemonade Irn Bru. Very fine perlage. In the nose fermented apple and elder blossom. On the palate, it could be a little more bubbly. The taste is superb with nice fermenation notes, a little bit of sweetness (ca. demi-brut) and mineralic notes.

  • Never was a cider fan until I tasted this. Simply stunning juice! This is complex stuf, yet extremely quaffable. I have no difficulty in drinking an entire bottle of this by myself. At 4% alc. a bottle per person even seems reasonable... Drank this for the first time during summer, but it is excellent in wintertimes as well. Looking forward to trying the poire version.
