Maturation in French barriques for 12 months and further 12 months for the best lots. Camartina is bottled no sooner than 30 months after harvest -//- The wine shows bright pale red color The wine shows medium to high intensity in the nose, ripe red and black fruit, berries, cherries, earthy notes, olive, hints of balsamic that offer freshness (strangely enough). There are maraschino notes, ripe sour cherry notes, its more linear than broad In the palate, the wine shows smooth tannins, silky mouthfeel, it has acidity, the fruit is fresher than the nose. Its more cherry-like, currant, the same balsamic note, more upfront, the palate is again linear, a bit of heat, very Italian, medium body, medium to long finish

Ett riktigt bra Toscana-vin med 70 % Cabernet Sauvignon och 30 % Sangiovese. Känns som ett Bordeaux-vin och känns utvecklat för sin unga ålder.
