Quite similar to last note some lemon, creaminess, blossom, pear, restrained use of oak. This opened up with a bit of time and showed some faint tropical fruit and more vanilla. this gained weight with some time and a higher temperature. It carries the 14% alcohol well.

Nice nose of citrus and saline with a crisp, fresh palate. After letting open for 30+ mins, it filled in with more weight, orchard fruit, and long mineral driven finish. Really lovely now and can hold/develop if you like more secondary notes. For me, it’s in a great spot.

White Burgundy Afternoon (Authentique London): Not very giving on the nose. Creamier and rounder than Leflaive and Moreau. More melon than apple. Although a mere Bourgogne Blanc I think this showed good qualities. £89.

3rd bottle of the day after moreau prem cru and leflaive PM. With BF and MY at authentique London. £75. Able to stand side by side the prev two despite not even being a village wine. Melon, lemon, peach - looking forward to try the mersault and monthelie prem cru in the near future.

Very good but a tad simple when drank next to Guffens Pierreclos 09.
