@ODEDIS.WINE.REVIEWS review is spot on to my tasting notes. Blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, and vanilla with a tangy cherry after a couple of hours of air. Medium body, medium tannins and acidity. The wine is drinking very well now and paired well with the Ribeye and roasted vegetables.
