  • Beatiful! Two years in the cellar after tasting at the vineyard in 2022. Paired great with our pappardelle bolognese. Drink now!

  • Italian Wine Scholar Class @ The Texas Wine School. 100% Sangiovese. Med to med+ ruby. Med+ red cherry, black cherry, violets, thyme, sage, balsamic & sweet spice from 6 mos in a mix of French barriques and large casks. Developing. Dry but w/ a nice dollop of sweet fruit. Med+ acidity, med+, youthful tannins and high alcohol (14%). Med to med+ body, flavor intensity & length w/ a sweet & sour, balsamic finish. Very well balanced & nice with food or by itself. It exhibits a lot of finesse and is very much a Brunello-lite. Drinking well now and for the next several years. Great QPR.
