Flinty minerality, green apple, some citrus, and just a hint of smoky reduction. I would have liked a little more austerity on the palate as it seems a little soft for a 1er Cru Chablis, perhaps due to the ripeness of the vintage. Drink in the short to medium term.

Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (William Fèvre's Vineyards - Chablis): Walkaround tasting with producers. On the ripe side, didn't seem particularly bright.
