  Young guns of Burgundy: Tasted double blind. Clear deep ruby-garnet color. Nose with some fine Pinot fruit, very deep. On the palate beautiful fine fruit with some very delicate vanilla flavor. Light, elegant balanced body with fine, high quality tannin. Despite the light body it has a wonderful energy and tension and is very long and delicate. Beautiful wine. 91-92

  이틀 연속 와인이 이상하다니…
  이 녀석도 약간의 타고 오른 흔적이 있었지만 망가질 정도는 아닌데…
  분명이 내 입이...마음이 내 마음이 흔들리고 있나 보다.

  VDS 2-85. Jeremy Recchione Gevrey chambertin 'Creux Brouillard' 2019
  
  11개월 만에 다시 테이스팅한 Jeremy Recchione.
  이제 바로 오픈 직후 부터 충분히 좋은 모습을 보여 준다.(WOW)
  
  컬러는 진한편이였지만 투명도 또한 상당히 높았다.
  노즈에선 라즈베리, 체리, 장미, 라벤더, 로즈마리, 감초, 정향, 삼나무, 불에탄나무, 다크초고, 표고버섯, 둘째날 남은 와인에선 향나무도 강하게 느껴졌다.
  팔렛은 나무랄때 없이 훌륭한 밸런스와 잘 녹아있는 알코올, 클리어한 바디감이 마치 물기도 하지만 매끄럽게 깔려있는 탄닌이 정점을 찍어 주었다.
  빌라쥐여서 이 정도지 만약 G.C를 만들어 낸다면 어질어질 했을 듯.
