  RSV/Richebourg dinner - this was no doubt very young. Bouquet of spice, sandalwood, cherry liquor. Weighty, concentrated on palate with blue/dark fruits. Layered. Will certainly improve with more years on it!

  A strict glass from a single bottle. A rationed perfume on the nose with notes of game, cherries in liquor, moist earth, leather and oriental spices. Enormous complexity. On the palate everything is the density of velvet, the length of the Roman pathways and a tannic aftertaste that needs more time to be polished. A male jewel from Burgundy that never disappoints. WOTN.
  
  Por copas de una única botella. Un perfume racionado en nariz con notas de caza, de cerezas en licor, tierra húmeda, cuero y especias orientales. Grandísima complejidad. Al paladar todo es la densidad del terciopelo, la longitud de las vías romanas y un retrogusto tánico que necesita de más tiempo para pulirse. Una joya masculina de la Borgoña que nunca defrauda. Vino de la noche (VDLN).

  This was incredible!
  
  Actually loved it more during the first hour, still incredible afterwards but at opening had a greater balance of fruit, complexity, acidity and finish felt like it never ended. Over time the tannins took over the finish and the fruit faded a little more.
  
  This had a beautiful use of the whole clusters to create more complexity and subtlety that was seductively intriguing.
  
  The fruit was crushed raspberry, and the palette had flower like components that kept bringing you back.
  
  Higher alcohol for PN 14% but didn’t distract.
  
  There is clearly a fínese here that I imagine only shines through further with age. Medium bodied
