  Very good with a huge amount of fruit and leather. Red cherry, berry and plenty of structure. Lots of flavor and my only knock would be that it wasn't the most complex wine out there.

  Final bottle of six but the first I properly decanted, in this case, for 2+ hours before first glass. That made a big difference, of course, as prior non-decanted bottles had been tight upon pour. This leans on the prune-y, extracted side of things, which moderates my score. There's good depth and complexity. A bit of tar and garrigue. Guessing many would rate this higher than I do, but I prefer earthier Brunellos.

  PnP was wine, but improved noticeably on day 2. Subtle cherry and red fruit, light on the palette but finished smooth
