  아마로네는 한국에서 의외로 불쌍한 와인이다.
  분명히 좋은 아마로네가 많을텐데 이상하게 토마시가 너무 유명하다.
  그러다보니 토마시에 실망한 사람은 아마로네 별로라고 안 마시고, 만족한 사람은 더 올라가려고 하지 않는다.
  
  노즈에서는 아주 농밀한 과실의 향기가 느껴진다.
  평범(?)한 와인들에서 포도송이의 향이 느껴진다면 이 와인은 건포드로 즙을 짠듯한 느낌이다.
  이어서 스파이스한 각종 감미료 느낌도 괜찮다.
  
  팔렛에서는 달달한 풍미가 느껴지는데 이게 잔당감처럼 느껴지기도 한다.
  산도가 거의 없는 건 아쉽지만 그래도 쓴 맛이 느껴지지 않아서 다행이다.
  탄닌이 조금 있는 편이라 살살살 시간을 주는 것도 좋겠다.
  
  토마시만 드셔보셨던 분들은 지금이라도 가격차이도 얼마 없으니 도전해보시길.
  기분좋은 담배향이 어떤 것인지 궁금하신 분들도.
  다만, 첫잔 말고 마지막 쯤에 깔끔하게 마무리하면 더 좋을듯.

  Wine pours a deep garnet in the glass, developing, med + intensity aromas of prune, plum, fig (dry, fresh, cooked), coffee, leather, black raspberry coulis, cedar, tar, smoke, baking spices. In the mouth, the wine is full bodied, med/- acid, medium tannin, high alcohol, med + palate intensity, med + finish. Overall, very good, though I am getting more of a porty than fruity Amarone here, I prefer the latter. Drink now, but has potential to improve with age.

  This is a beautiful wine!!! So much to offer, I wish I hadn’t consumed so much so I could compose a complete review, but we’ll do that next time!
