Saturday late night at Maison Dakota. Tasted blind from Voss bottle. Tasted over 3 hours. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of liquid rocks minerality, white flowers, gentle citrus lemon, green apple, stone fruits. Developing. On the palate, dry, crisp high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of liquid rocks, wet stones minerality, gentle citrus lemon, peaches and nectarine stone fruits. Long salty minerally finish. Very very good quality. Definitely very young feel, but that liquid rocks minerality quality on the nose and palate is already so expressively good. Stoked to see where this will as it develops over the next 4-5 years. My guess was 2020 Puligny 1er.

Mosaïque en Côte de Beaune - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Palais des Congrès - Beaune): Walk around tasting. Floral and ripe aromatic start with broad cross-section of orchard fruit. Impressive weight in the middle brings out some rich spice, finishing with big, near-unctuous textures. Very good length. 92-93+ point potential, 2025 forward.

Chartron Puligny-Montrachet Clos de la Pucelle 2020.
Mye av det samme men litt mer frempå og småsexy. 91p

Exotic and spiced nose with fine concentration on the palate. Unctuously textured, rich, medium bodied and with good persistence. Significant upside.
